Thought I had fish bone stuck in my throat. Explained that I’d had lateral flow tests (negative) & also the vaccine but was told this was no help & they’d rather not look in people’s throats. Not much I could really do or say to that.

I was anxious to be there so additional reassurance may have helped

I was greeted cheerfully when I went in the centre, there was no queue, the reception staff were both pleasant and helpful. The lady who looked at my foot injury was very helpful. Informative and able to address any worries I had about my sprained ankle. Her confidence and knowledge meant I came out feeling far happier about how my injury would progress. I am very grateful for that.

Nothing. In my case it was 100 percent satisfactory.

The care I received today was fantastic. Ambulance crew were brilliant as well, but it was the nurse who stitched me today was very informative and treated me with compassion. She had an extremely calming nature about her which helped a great deal. I have nothing but praise for all concerned and I am extremely grateful. Please pass on my thanks to Georgie the nurse especially.
